Paul Bellini, CPA, MS
Managing Partner
Paul E. Bellini is the founder or our firm who has been a CPA for over 25 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's in taxation from Long Island University.
His experience includes over ten years with big four CPA firm Deloitte where he was a Senior Manager. During his time there, he was involved with various medium and large corporate entities. In addition, he served as a tax director and a principal with various large private companies including Levittown and Computer Associates.
Paul is the founder of the firm and an integral part of the team, bringing institutional knowledge that benefits all of our clients. He reviews all staff and management work, as well as performs advisory services to various types of industries.

Charles Bellini, CPA, MBA
Partner
Charles P. Bellini is a CPA who holds his bachelor's degree in accounting and has his MBA from Long Island University.
Charles has over 6 years of public accounting experience, including four years of experience with big four CPA firm KPMG. During his time with KPMG, he was an in-charge Senior Audit Associate where he led the staff on his engagement teams for small, medium, and large companies across various industries. He also spent time on the tax side assisting in the preparation of corporate and high-profile individual returns.
Charles currently is a junior partner and overseas most of the day-to-day activities while primarily assisting in the preparation and review of all types of business and individual tax returns. He also leads our practice in preparing all assurance related work (audits & reviews).

Amaury Tapia
Accounting & Tax Manager
Amaury Tapia studied Finance & Accounting at Villanova University and has over 10 years of experience in the financial field. Amaury has been with our firm for over 5 years where he leads the audits of Worker's Compensation, Liability, while providing other tax, payroll and accounting services.

Kathy Amaya
Senior Associate
Kathy Amaya serves as an associate within our firm, where she oversees administrative responsibilities and assists with tax returns, assurance work, and other accounting-related functions. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has established herself as a valuable member of our team.

Janice Bellini
Director of Operations
Janice Bellini earned her degree in Administration, Art, and Marketing from FIT. She has served as a Fashion Director for prominent fashion brands. In addition, she is a notary public, providing assistance with various legal issues, such as forming corporations and obtaining business licenses.

Angelina Bonilla
Senior Associate
Angelina Bonilla, an enthusiastic accounting senior on track to graduate with her degree in May 2027. She is gaining valuable experience by assisting with bookkeeping and various accounting functions, ensuring everything is organized and accurate. With a focus on income tax preparation and financial support, Angelina is eager to learn and contribute to her team's success. Her dedication and fresh perspective make her a valuable asset to our firm.

Chelsea Cervini, CPA, MS
Partner
Chelsea holds both a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Accounting. She has over 10 years of public accounting experience, including time spent with global accounting firm BDO, where she advanced to a management role and worked with clients across a variety of industries.
During her time at BDO, Chelsea provided audit, accounting, and advisory services to privately held companies and nonprofit organizations. She managed engagement teams, coordinated client relationships, and assisted businesses with complex financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Chelsea currently works with Bellini CPAs, where she assists business and individual clients with accounting, tax, and consulting services. She is committed to providing personalized service and helping clients navigate their financial and business challenges with practical solutions and responsive support.

Christopher Zelaya
Junior Associate
Christopher Zelaya is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting and Analytics at Stony Brook University while working toward his CPA designation. With a background in business management and finance, he has developed strong analytical and technical accounting skills.
Christopher is interested in audit and assurance services, as well as tax and financial consulting. He is committed to professional growth and providing valuable insights and exceptional service to clients.
